Planning an evening with colleagues or close friends, or simply a quiet gathering in the atmosphere of Bristol? You can now choose between two private dining rooms at Hotel Bristol. Each comes with a tailored food and drinks menu and your own waiting staff, so the evening is entirely yours.
Choose between our private dining room, which seats 16, and the Wine Room, which seats up to 10. Both rooms are furnished in dark tones, with comfortable chairs and soft lighting. The Wine Room takes its name from the wine cabinets on either side of the table, which give the room a warm, intimate feel.
A tailored evening
In our private dining rooms you can choose between two menus, each with a matching drinks package. Both are sharing menus, ranging from vendace roe and freshly grilled shellfish to the finest cuts from our dry-ageing cabinet, finished with a grand dessert.
Sharing the dishes makes for a sociable evening, and the ingredients are of the very best quality.
We take care of all the planning in advance, including any dietary requirements and allergies. On the night, all you need to do is enjoy the food and the company.
The finer details
We go out of our way to make the evening as relaxed as possible. Each room has its own waiting staff and wine experts who look after your party alone. If you would like to add a wine tasting, our in-house sommeliers can arrange it.
The rooms also have bespoke cutlery and glassware used only here, a small detail that makes an evening in one of our private dining rooms feel that little bit more special.
